I just wanted to thank Nissan for hiring the best of the best! I noticed that my Nissan maxima warning light was on. I immediately went to the dealership. Upon my arrival a thorough inspection was completed by Rodrigo. To my surprise a metal object was found on the side wall of my tire. Oh my I thought to my self instantly saddened. Due to where the damage was located the tire could not be repaired. My sadness was instantly brought to happiness was Rodrigo informed me that I had a tire and wheel warranty on my car. Wow 300 dollars saved! Thanks to Steven Finnegan's expertise when I financed my car. If he would not have informed me of the additional benefits of this tire warranty I would not had the opportunity to walk away without paying anything! The warranty definitely pays for itself! You guys ROCK!!!

Enter your review here I felt that Tim Wilson explained everything that I needed to know about my purchase and demonstrated all aspect of the Rogue I was very happy with what I thought was the conclusion of the sale and was shown into his managers office and introduced to Steve F. he immeadiately started a pitch regarding extended warranty for the purchase vehicle I told him that I was not interesed and he continued to push this warranty I finally said a definite no and he started talking about another service where for $10.00 a month I could receive services from the dealership I told him that my last car I had for 13years and I seldom needed service because I only live 3 miles from my job. He kept on going on and on and I feel that I was harrassed into something that I feel that I don't need or want just so that we could continue and I could get out of there as I had another appointment that I couldn't break. I work for the state of Illinois and I talked to the legal department and was told that I could cancell that extension which I did via a letter that was left in Tim Wilson mailbox in his absence today January 18, 2012. I also requested and got one of the manager to sign a return stub to certify that I had indeed dropped off this letter.
Without this incident I had a very enjoyable experience purchasing a first time Nissan and would recommend to my large family and co-workers at the dept of Rehab to visit Kelly Nissan. I have posted pictures of me and my car on my blog. I don't believe that this incident should stop me from enjoying my experience or car.
